PayPay Card is seeking a candidate to join its Debt Collection Solutions Department. This role involves collaborating with PayPay and PayPay Card product teams to plan and manage projects related to debt management and collection. The candidate will analyze data and user behavior to identify business challenges and develop new features and improvements.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with various departments such as product, customer support, and legal. The candidate will also analyze the effectiveness of implemented measures and plan subsequent actions.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements:

• Experience in project management for launching or improving mobile apps or web services
• Experience in product marketing or business planning
• Market and customer analysis, data analysis skills
• Ability to plan services, features, and improvements based on analysis
• Experience in creating business plans or estimating effects
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and leadership
• Business-level Japanese language skills
