Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking a leader to join their Debt Collection Strategy Planning Group. This role is within the Credit Management Division, which aims to enhance debt management and collection through digital solutions and streamlined operations. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services integrated with the PayPay platform, which has over 69 million users.

The Debt Collection Strategy Planning Group focuses on minimizing uncollected debt and maximizing company revenue. The ideal candidate will collaborate with PayPay and PayPay Card's technology teams to develop and manage business plans and projects related to debt management and collection products.

Role Involves:

• Identifying business challenges through customer and data analysis.
• Planning and proposing new features and improvements.
• Leading cross-functional projects involving product, customer support, and legal teams.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of implemented measures and planning further improvements.
• Budget and performance management related to debt collection operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in operational process design or process improvement project management.
• Experience in business planning.
• Experience in customer and data analysis.
• Experience in planning services, features, and improvement plans based on analysis results.
• Experience in formulating business plans or effect estimations.
• Experience in collaboration and leadership across various functions such as engineering, design, product management, marketing, customer service, and legal.
• Business-level Japanese language skills.
