Job Description
ATS, founded in 1985, is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. They specialize in industrial maintenance and improving factory operations. They are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for their Fayetteville, North Carolina location.

Role involves:
  • Performing break-fix & preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Providing troubleshooting support on equipment and technical support on production lines.
  • Programming, troubleshooting, and analyzing complex control systems.
  • Utilizing predictive equipment and interpreting results for analysis.
  • Leading and participating in CI activities.
  • Identifying and sourcing parts, supplies, and repair items.
  • Performing maintenance as per industry standards.
  • Updating records and reviewing CMMS history and analyzing data.
  • Training and coaching less proficient technicians.

Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Associates degree with a Technical focus and 7 years of related experience; or, 10 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
  • Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
  • Must be able to use hand tools and specialized tools.
  • May be required to travel.
