Privacy Manager

Job Description

Ping Identity is seeking a Privacy Manager to join its Legal Team. The Privacy Manager will help drive compliance with evolving privacy and AI regulations and support the operationalization of privacy and AI governance frameworks. The Privacy Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders across legal, security, product, and compliance teams to help shape and enhance Ping Identity’s privacy and AI governance programs. Ping Identity fosters a collaborative, innovative, and positive culture.Role involves:

• Monitoring and tracking emerging global privacy and AI regulations.
• Assisting in responding to privacy-related inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Conducting and supporting privacy and AI risk assessments.
• Supporting cross-functional initiatives to operationalize AI risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or risk management (preferably in a technology or SaaS company).
• Working knowledge of global privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act) and their business impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
