Job Description
Ping Identity is seeking a Global Marketing Campaign and Program Manager. In this role, the individual will lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate pipeline creation and drive engagement across the buyer’s journey. They will manage programs that bridge marketing and sales, including global prospecting initiatives, support for prospect, base, and partner campaigns, and strategic components of tier one event promotion. The role involves close collaboration with global and regional marketing, SDR leaders, partner marketing, and sales leadership to drive campaign impact and revenue growth.
- Lead and optimize the Prospecting Boost Program.
- Support end-to-end campaign strategy and global rollout.
- Own the strategic marketing framework for global tier one events.
- Collaborate with SDR managers and sales leadership on pipeline progression programs.
- Manage and evolve the AI Meeting Bot program.
- Drive cross-team collaboration across global campaigns, digital, field, and partner marketing functions.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, global marketing, or field marketing roles.
- Experience collaborating with sales organizations, SDR teams, and sales leadership.
- Strong organizational and program management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales platforms such as Marketo & 6Sense.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
