Job Description
Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts within the Federal Government space in Australia. The role involves working with a talented sales team, collaborating with technical and marketing teams, and leveraging Elastic's solutions to meet client needs. This position reports to the RVP of Public Sector Sales for ANZ.

Role involves:
- Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within Federal Government accounts.
- Serving as an evangelist for Elastic's Open Source offerings.
- Uncovering new and diverse applications use cases.
- Collaborating across Elastic business functions.
- Identifying new business opportunities and closing complex transactions.
- Building a robust business plan through community, customer, and partner ecosystems.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a quota carrying, B2B sales position.
- Extensive experience selling to Federal Government agencies within Australia.
- A track-record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions.
- A deep understanding of Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM and Cloud.
- The ability to build relationships and credibility with both Developers and Executives.
- Predictable and accurate forecasting capabilities.
