Public Sector Account Executive (Saudi Arabia)

Job Description

Elastic is seeking a Public Sector Account Executive for Saudi Arabia. This role involves establishing a presence in Saudi Arabia and empowering companies with search technology and analytics. The Account Executive will identify new opportunities within key Public Sector departments, act as a trusted advisor to customers, evangelize Open Source, uncover new use cases, collaborate across business functions, and manage complex sales cycles.

• Expanding Elastic’s presence within key Public Sector departments within the Saudi government, by identifying and unlocking new opportunities.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers extract real-world value from their data and accelerate digital transformation.
• Evangelizing Open Source and championing Elastic’s search-powered solutions across Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security.
• Uncovering and driving new use cases by working directly with technical teams, developers, and decision-makers.
• Collaborating across business functions, partners, and communities to create a robust ecosystem that fuels sustained growth.
• Managing complex sales cycles and delivering predictable and accurate forecasts.

Requirements:

• A track record of overachievement in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a growth-driven mindset and a proven ability to break into Public Sector accounts within Saudi government.
• Deep domain knowledge of the challenges and the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders within the Saudi region.
• Experience selling into Pubic Sector within Saudi Arabia.
• Passion for Open Source and Elastic’s community-driven approach.
• Ability to navigate complex procurement processes while maintaining agility and speed in execution.
• The willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia once Elastic has opened their office in Riyadh, scheduled for later this year.
