Job Description
Elastic is seeking a French Enterprise Account Executive to expand its customer base. The role focuses on building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within Enterprise customers, ensuring they leverage Elastic effectively. The ideal candidate will help users solve security and observability challenges through search.

Role involves:
  • Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions in the French enterprise sector.
  • Consultative selling to identify business challenges and propose solutions.
  • Uncovering new applications for users to work smarter.
  • Collaborating across Elastic business functions for a seamless customer experience.
  • Creating clear goals, thorough qualification, and accurate forecasting.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in selling complex software solutions to French Enterprise Accounts.
  • Knowledge of the French Enterprise market and RFP processes.
  • 8+ years of license selling experience in a direct selling environment.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Search, Logging, SIEM, APM, and Cloud ecosystems.
  • Ability to build relationships with Developers and Executives.
  • Problem-solving skills with a holistic approach.
  • Predictable forecasting capabilities and experience with SFDC and Clari.
  • Excellent time management skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Appreciation for the Open Source model.
  • Native French speaker and fluency in English.
