Zafin is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring efforts across the organization. This role is based in Thiruvananthapuram, KL India, and offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both traditional and startup hiring methodologies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with stakeholders to execute a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and hires top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including headhunting, job portals, network-sourcing, and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to track performance and optimize processes.

Requirements:

• Any graduate degree.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in headhunting.
• Exposure to startup hiring environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions with a data-driven approach.
