Job Description
Flo, a leading female health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, is seeking a Growth Lead to spearhead its subscription growth initiatives. This role involves leading a team of growth managers and collaborating with analysts, designers, researchers, and engineers to enhance CRM and personalization tools. The Growth Lead will play a crucial role in optimizing Flo's activation, retention, winback, and seasonal sale strategies, focusing on revenue optimization and sustainable growth. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to Flo's mission of building a better future for female health and reinforcing its position as a leading health and fitness app.
Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Leading a growth team of 8, including analysts, operations managers, release managers, and designers, while also directly managing 2 growth managers.
- Defining and executing strategies to target high-value audience segments.
- Continuously analysing and optimising the customer journey.
- Employing A/B testing and other conversion rate optimisation techniques.
- Utilising analytics tools and platforms to monitor, measure, and report on KPIs.
- Delivering actionable insights and recommendations derived from data analyses.
- Collaborating in developing requirements to enhance the capabilities of Flo's CRM and personalisation engine.
Requirements: - Proven experience with subscription-based business models.
- Experience in optimising discount strategies for B2C subscription products.
- Experience developing and implementing comprehensive lifecycle monetisation programmes.
- Experience leading a team to drive lifecycle monetisation projects.
- Expertise in pricing strategies and discount optimisation.
- Expert expertise in developing multi channel monetisation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in conducting A/B testing and validating assumptions.
- Experience working cross-functionally (with engineering, design, analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience leveraging automation— including machine learning models—to enhance the performance of lifecycle monetisation programs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
