Job Description
SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to design, implement, and optimize enablement programs that drive revenue growth and enhance team performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enablement or sales, coupled with program management skills and a passion for empowering sales and customer success teams.
This role requires a focus on measurable outcomes and the ability to foster alignment across teams. SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable, and the role requires working from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week.
What this role involves:
- Designing and implementing scalable enablement programs aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
- Tracking and measuring the impact of enablement programs on key metrics.
- Developing tools, resources, and playbooks to support sales and CS team effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or a related field within a B2B sales environment.
- Strong project management abilities including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Proficiency in tools like Highspot, Seismic, Canva, Camtasia, Litmos, Workramp, Gong.io, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Ability to devise and implement innovative strategies to boost sales productivity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler and MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.
