Job Description
SurveyMonkey is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team in Heredia, Costa Rica. This role supports clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, reporting to the manager of Sales Engineering. The Solutions Consultant will provide pre-sales technical, functional, and strategic support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also collaborate across the organization with product, marketing, legal, and security teams.

What this role involves:
  • Supporting prospective clients and Account Executives by translating features into value drivers.
  • Providing functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase.
  • Responding to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews.
  • Being a customer advocate internally.
  • Providing training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities.
  • Developing a working knowledge of the competitive landscape.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent role with a focus on SaaS.
  • A curious and inquisitive mind.
  • Comfortable presenting to a variety of customers.
  • A technical background with experience working with APIs.
  • Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
  • Ability to communicate written and orally in English at the B2+ level.
  • HTML, CSS, and some Javascript knowledge is preferred.
