Job Description
SurveyMonkey is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join their Product and Lifecycle Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven and innovative individual responsible for executing integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, create demand, and drive pipeline. This role requires a mix of strong tactical and strategic skills, with a focus on full-funnel demand generation.Role involves:
  • Generating new business and expansion pipeline for the global sales team.
  • Developing the strategy and activation calendar for integrated, full-funnel campaigns.
  • Managing and influencing a variety of channels, including email, webinars, events, content, partners, social, etc.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Partnering with Sales and Sales Enablement teams to optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel.
  • Analyzing campaign performance to understand how to optimize by channel, tactic, persona, segment, region, etc.
  • Experimenting to improve campaign ROI and drive efficiency gains.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strategic Mindset with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Meticulous Organization Skills.
  • Creative Innovation.
  • Influence to generate buy-in for ideas and plans.
  • Storytelling + Content Creation skills.
  • Analytical + Data-Driven Skills.
  • Marketing Technology Enthusiasm (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate written and orally in English at the B2+ level.
