Job Description
SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to administer and communicate the company's global benefits and perks programs and policies. This role involves documenting and implementing internal procedures, ensuring compliance, and counseling employees on benefits-related issues. The Senior Benefits Analyst will also mentor the Total Rewards Analyst and collaborate with regional People Partners.
- Partnering with benefit brokers to administer and optimize global perks and benefits.
- Developing communications plans and content for employee benefits.
- Driving the planning and execution of US Open Enrollment and managing global renewal cycles.
- Managing leave of absence policies and employee leaves.
- Managing relationships with third-party vendors and administrators.
- Collaborating with People and Places, Legal, Procurement, Business Systems, and Payroll teams.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- 5+ years of benefits experience, including managing Open Enrollment and leaves of absence.
- Advanced knowledge of US healthcare plans and programs; international benefits experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented approach with experience providing support to employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Workday experience preferred.
