Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Technical Support Engineer 3 to join their Platform and Applications support team. This remote position, based in Estonia, will involve supporting customers using the Twilio platform and ensuring they have the best experience with Twilio's products. The engineer will act as the voice of Twilio, providing expert knowledge of APIs and SDKs.
Role involves:
- Addressing customer issues and providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Resolving complex problems for customers and partners.
- Troubleshooting Quality of Service (QoS) issues.
- Collaborating with teammates and other teams via Slack and JIRA.
- Staying current on industry shifts and standards.
- Assisting with process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Technical Support Experience
- Full-Stack Javascript development experience
- Good understanding of OOP
- Knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs
- Skills in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- High competency in communicating complex technical issues
- Ability to stand in the customer’s shoes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
