Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Business Intelligence and Data Analyst (L2) to join their Customer Experience Ops Customer Intelligence team. This role is crucial for providing actionable insights into strategic operations initiatives through quantitative analysis and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex problems, identifying relevant data, and deriving insights to inform product, compliance, and delivery strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with technical program managers to inject data into decision making and planning.
  • Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to communicate product insights.
  • Standardize, maintain, and document metrics, models, datasets, and dashboards.
  • Source and leverage data for time-critical and strategic decision making.
  • Partner with leaders to roll out and enable the adoption of dashboards and metrics.
  • Collaborate with data producers and consumers to ensure data quality.
  • Own and foster stakeholder partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis and building dashboards.
  • Ability to think strategically and complete projects with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient level experience writing complex queries in SQL.
  • Minimum 2 years Tableau experience developing and managing dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability in building reports, metrics, dashboards for analytics projects.
