Job Description
InvGate, a SaaS company, is seeking an Accounting and FP&A Analyst to support accounting, reporting, planning, and forecasting efforts. The Analyst will maintain financial records, support financial planning, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have technical accounting experience, financial reporting knowledge, and a proactive mindset.
Role involves:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Processing invoices and payments for accounts payable and managing reconciliations.
- Reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
- Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Preparing financial statements and reports aligned with IFRS standards.
- Performing monthly variance analysis and pacing.
- Assisting in preparing monthly reports and delivering financial analysis presentations.
- Supporting forecast and budget preparation processes.
- Identifying and implementing best practices for reporting enhancements and process efficiencies.
- Improving financial workflows and collaborating with various teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and FP&A roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and FP&A processes.
- Proficiency and experience using any ERP system (NetSuite desirable).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling and reporting.
- Familiarity with financial audits and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (B2 English level minimum required).
