Follett Software is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to sell its technology solutions. The ISR will optimize telephone, virtual meetings/presentations, and email contact to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, within an established territory. Responsibilities: - Win new business and sell additional solutions to existing clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Leverage Salesforce.com.
- Prospect daily to generate opportunities.
- Provide product and service presentations via phone and virtual meetings.
- Uncover and qualify new opportunities.
- Actively identify cross-selling, up-selling, and lead generation opportunities.
- Develop an effective territory plan.
- Meet daily activity goals.
- Exceed assigned quota.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience.
- Minimum of 1 year as a high-achieving sales representative.
- Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven.
- History of sales achievement and exceeding quota.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage numerous sales at once.
- Naturally upbeat and optimistic.
- Holds self-accountable.
- Eager for coaching and development.
