Job Description
BTIG is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its Industrials team in New York. This role involves supporting senior bankers in deal execution across various transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the potential to take on a significant role in deal execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing transaction support on IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, and M&A.
  • Conducting financial analysis and modeling.
  • Managing concurrent projects and working collaboratively.
  • Preparing client presentations and marketing materials.
  • Performing due diligence and interacting with clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics (minimum GPA of 3.5).
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • SIE, series 63 & 79 licensing required
