This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales cycle from prospect identification to deal closure, and engaging in discussions with senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with expert teams in product, legal, and research to navigate complex deal landscapes and ensure compliance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development within investment banking or asset management.
- Established network within the investment banking and asset management community.
- Understanding of financial markets.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.
- Expertise in outbound sales and product demonstrations.
- Strong analytical skills for a consultative sales approach.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with blockchain technologies or digital asset management.
- Previous roles involved scaling sales in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Taiwan.
