The company is seeking an Institutional Sales Manager to broaden its presence in the investment banking and asset management sectors. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales cycle from start to finish, and engaging in high-level discussions with senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with expert teams to navigate complex deal landscapes and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development within investment banking or asset management.
  • Established network within the investment banking and asset management community.
  • Understanding of financial markets.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in outbound sales and product demonstrations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with blockchain technologies or digital asset management.
  • Previous roles involved scaling sales in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Taiwan.
