Job Description
A company in the Web3 space is seeking a Crypto Analyst to conduct in-depth market and technical research. The Crypto Analyst will provide insights into crypto markets, blockchain technologies, and different Web3 related technologies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.Role involves:- Monitoring and analyzing crypto market trends.
- Providing recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize investment or strategic decisions.
- Identifying emerging projects, tokens, and blockchain protocols with high growth potential.
- Conducting in-depth research on Web3 market, technologies, blockchain protocols, and dApps.
- Designing and conducting experiments, simulations, and analysis to explore and evaluate innovative solutions.
- Developing and implementing novel algorithms, models, and methodologies.
- Contributing to open-source projects and actively engaging with the blockchain research community.
- Providing thought leadership and technical content efforts for the blockchain community.
- Staying updated on the latest advancements, academic papers, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on web3, ZK or distributed systems.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or technical analysis in the crypto/web3 industry.
- Proven track record of conducting market and technical research in the crypto or blockchain space.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in the blockchain ecosystem, such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Experience with blockchain platforms and frameworks, such as Ethereum, Polkadot, or Cosmos.
- Familiarity with crypto exchanges, wallets, and custody solutions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
