Crypto Analyst (Market & Technical Research)

Job Description

A company is seeking a Crypto Analyst to conduct in-depth market and technical research, providing insights into crypto markets, blockchain technologies, and Web3 technologies. The Crypto Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives and contribute to the development of solutions in the Web3 space.

In this role, the candidate will:

• Monitor and analyze crypto market trends.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize decisions.
• Identify emerging projects, tokens, and blockchain protocols.
• Conduct in-depth research on Web3 market, technologies, blockchain protocols, and dApps.
• Design and conduct experiments, simulations, and analysis to explore and evaluate innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement novel algorithms, models, and methodologies.
• Contribute to open-source projects and engage with the blockchain research community.
• Provide thought leadership and technical content for the blockchain community.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and industry trends.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on web3, ZK or distributed systems.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or technical analysis in the crypto/web3 industry.
• Proven track record of conducting market and technical research in the crypto or blockchain space.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.
• Experience with blockchain platforms and frameworks, such as Ethereum, Polkadot, or Cosmos.
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges, wallets, and custody solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
