• Proficiency in programming languages like Solidity, Rust, or Go.
• Experience with blockchain platforms and frameworks like Ethereum, Polkadot, or Cosmos.
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges, wallets, and custody solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
