Job Description
Sotheby's is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team. The Production Assistant will be responsible for inputting and editing valuations data accurately and in a timely manner. They will work closely with specialist departments, account managers, and the production team to compile necessary documentation and produce high-quality documents for release to clients and government regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities include:
  • Inputting and updating valuations data.
  • Ensuring data and formatting consistency.
  • Reviewing and editing valuations.
  • Providing on-site support during appraisal visits.
  • Creating and editing table of contents and other documents.
  • Reviewing discrepancies and inputting required data related to valuations.
  • Working on ad hoc projects.

Ideal candidate should possess:
  • Strong typing skills.
  • 1-2 years of data entry experience.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Detail orientation and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
