Sotheby's is seeking a Watches Registrar to manage the physical and systematized inventory for the New York Watches department. This role involves close collaboration with Specialists, clients, and various support departments within the organization.Sotheby's, established in 1744, is the world’s premier destination for art and luxury. Managing inventory, including receipt, release, and transfers of property.
Coordinating and transporting watches for repairs.
Maintaining accurate SAP records.
Coordinating shipments and releases to purchasers and consignors.
Assisting with presale exhibitions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Prior experience handling and packing of luxury goods preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Sotheby's offers:
A proposed base salary for this position ranges from $60,000-$70,000.
