Sotheby's is seeking a highly motivated Growth Manager to lead performance marketing efforts and drive audience growth, with a strong focus on the Asia region. This person will play a key role in expanding reach and visibility through digital strategies, adapting global playbooks to local market dynamics and unlocking growth through data, innovation, and platform expertise.Role involves:
Developing and executing multi-channel paid media strategies to grow Sotheby’s audience in Asia.
Owning campaign planning and performance across various platforms.
Leveraging advanced analytics and Excel to track, analyze, and forecast marketing performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across art and luxury.
Staying ahead of platform trends and emerging tools to identify acquisition opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience in a performance marketing or media agency environment.
Direct experience managing marketing programs in Asia.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Facebook Business Manager.
Advanced Excel skills.
Fluency in both English, Chinese and/or Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
