Sotheby's is seeking a highly motivated Growth Manager to lead performance marketing efforts and drive audience growth, with a strong focus on the Asia region. This person will play a key role in expanding reach and visibility through digital strategies, adapting global playbooks to local market dynamics and unlocking growth through data, innovation, and platform expertise.Role involves:
  • Developing and executing multi-channel paid media strategies to grow Sotheby’s audience in Asia.
  • Owning campaign planning and performance across various platforms.
  • Leveraging advanced analytics and Excel to track, analyze, and forecast marketing performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across art and luxury.
  • Staying ahead of platform trends and emerging tools to identify acquisition opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a performance marketing or media agency environment.
  • Direct experience managing marketing programs in Asia.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in both English, Chinese and/or Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
