Requirements:
  • Native Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of shipping procedures within the EU and internationally.
  • Ability to handle high-value items with care.
  • Proficiency in packing items securely.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of lots within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse local teams.
  • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
