Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Director, Global Head of Creative Strategy to lead the KarmaLab team. This role involves driving revenue by connecting brands with Reddit culture and helping advertisers achieve their goals on the platform. The Global Head of Creative Strategy will inspire the KarmaLab team and external creative and media buying decision-makers to leverage Reddit culture, maximize revenue, and create impactful ideas.
What this role involves:
- Leading and developing a global team of creative strategists.
- Scaling creative strategy services using AI and automation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance Reddit’s ads business.
- Developing vertical and account-level strategies and creative advertising campaigns.
- Representing Reddit at industry events.
Requirements:
- 12+ years in digital marketing with a focus on creative strategy.
- 5+ years of management experience, including leading large teams.
- Experience influencing teams to deliver against objectives in a sales-driven environment.
- Core understanding of the relationship between creative agencies, media agencies & brands.
- Global, forward-looking mindset, with experience leading global teams.
- Knowledge of Brand Strategy, Performance Media, D2C, or Challenger Brand Marketing best practices.
- Deep knowledge of Reddit, its language, and communities.
