Reddit, a community-driven platform, is seeking a Manager of Large Customer Sales for Canada. This role involves leading a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers to help advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on Reddit.Reddit is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce.Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-performing team by recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Drive the team to exceed established revenue targets.
• Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities and strategic planning.
• Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches and advertiser acquisition.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial targets.
• Contribute to the greater LCS vertical strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or marketing.
• Team leadership experience.
• Experience with direct advertiser sales and strategic partnerships.
• Proven experience upleveling sales partnerships by accessing C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with both brand and direct-response marketing objectives.
