Reddit is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations to drive strategic growth and operational excellence within their Global Scaled team. The Senior Director will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing Reddit's revenue strategy, enabling sales teams to maximize impact, and ensuring the long-term success of Mid-Market and SMB segments. This role reports to the VP, Global Revenue Strategy and Operations.Reddit is a community of communities built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is home to open and authentic conversations on the internet.Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Operations
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Deep advertising industry experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong executive communication skills
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• International experience is a plus
