Job Description
Tide is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to focus on Product and Design hiring in their Sofia, Bulgaria office. Tide is a business management platform for small businesses, offering business accounts and administrative solutions. The company has over 1 million users worldwide and offices in multiple countries.
The Talent Partner will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technology and product roles, develop and execute sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and maintain data accuracy in the ATS. They will also analyze pipeline data, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver hiring targets.
Role Involves:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technology & product roles
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify, attract & nurture top talent
- Conducting Interviews and candidate assessments
- Maintaining data accuracy & integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Analysing pipeline data and leverage data to influence sourcing strategies and hiring decisions
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for Product design & Product management roles
- Experience working in high-growth scale-up environments
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology talent landscape
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive talent through multiple channels
- Ability to build sustainable and healthy recruitment pipelines
- Proven ability to deliver hiring targets, while maintaining quality
- Passion for candidate experience
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
- Data-driven approach
