Senior Product Analyst - Experience Foundations

Tide is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru, India. Tide is a business management platform designed for small businesses, offering business accounts and connected administrative solutions. The Senior Product Analyst will play a crucial role in driving product decisions through data analysis and experimentation.

The Senior Product Analyst will work closely with product teams to identify user pain points, quantify problems, and propose solutions. They will lead product experimentation efforts, ensuring meaningful data guides decision-making. The role involves establishing and measuring KPIs, translating user goals into business KPIs, and collaborating with various teams to deliver a self-serve analytics platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting hypothesis-driven deep dives into product usage data.
• Leading product experimentation efforts and analyzing test results.
• Collaborating with product teams to establish and measure KPIs.
• Translating user goals into business KPIs.
• Partnering with data, engineering, and data science teams to deliver a self-serve analytics platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably within digital or fintech products.
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to create compelling narratives from data.
• Experience with SQL/Python.
• Ability to form relationships across the business.
