Job Description

Tide is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to own Tide’s France lifecycle. The role involves strategic thinking, planning, and deploying communication programs that balance member needs and business objectives. The CRM Manager will focus on engaging new members through effective activation CRM and maintaining engagement throughout their time with Tide.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working in cross-functional, matrixed environments. They will be responsible for developing strategy, building automation, analyzing results, and working with stakeholders to communicate performance to the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the France CRM member lifecycle within the established UK/Europe Lifecycle team.
  • Activating new members to the Tide platform.
  • Engaging existing members.
  • Reactivating lapsing members.
  • Building new automated and standalone campaigns and optimizing existing journeys.
  • Creating and QAing communications for France.
  • Developing and managing a CRM test-and-learn pipeline across multiple channels.
  • Analyzing campaigns and journeys, reporting to stakeholders, and using data to define and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Working with stakeholders to drive product adoption in lifecycle communications.
  • Creating a seamless transition from approval to membership.
  • Driving initiatives forward with high levels of autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of expertise in end-to-end CRM marketing.
  • Experience working in a subscription and/or app-based business, ideally in the French payments or Fintech sectors.
  • Good understanding of the French banking sector.
  • Experience developing and delivering CRM strategies with proven results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot, Braze) and an understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience handling large amounts of data using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and turning data into insights.
  • Experience in segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience testing different communication approaches.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Hands-on, delivery-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Curious nature, good organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
