Job Description
Tide is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join their team in Bulgaria. This role is within the Member Engagement Marketing team and reports to the Senior Operations Manager. The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and scalable release, running, and growth of Tide’s app-based experiences across markets, specifically focusing on Subscriptions and Billing products.

Role involves: - Owning the go-to-market strategy for product launches.
- Driving growth of subscription products.
- Shaping product strategy through data-driven insights.
- Striving for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Applying member-first principles to feedback analysis.
- Architecting solutions to resolve issues.
Requirements: - 3+ years’ experience in the technology industry (product, ops, consulting, engineering, or start-ups).
- Logical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Experience with business analytics tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau/Power BI, SQL).
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive as a generalist in a rapidly changing environment.
