Tide is seeking a Sales Representative to support small businesses. The role involves building rapport with existing members, understanding their businesses, and upselling relevant products and services. The Sales Representative will work cross-functionally, stay informed about product launches, and contribute to testing new leads and scripts.

Calling existing members to build rapport and understand their businesses.

Recommending relevant products and services to prospective members.
Taking on ad hoc tasks and working on projects.
Requirements:
Previous financial services telesales experience.
Experience using Kustomer or a similar CRM tool.
Willingness to take on new projects.
Excellent telephone manner and objection handling skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic nature.
Self-motivation and conscientiousness.
Some knowledge of Buyer Behaviour, Sales, and KYC.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
