Job Description

Tide is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative to join their Member Success Team in Bulgaria. The role involves engaging with existing and prospective German-speaking members to identify their needs and recommend Tide’s products and services. The Sales Representative will use data-driven insights to personalize conversations and improve conversion rates, supporting small business owners in the German market.

Responsibilities:

  • Call existing members to build rapport and identify opportunities to upsell Tide products and services.
  • Contact prospective leads to guide them through the onboarding process and convert them into active members.
  • Use data-led insights to personalize conversations and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Member Support teams.
  • Test new outreach scripts and product messaging to optimize sales performance.
  • Participate in projects that support the team’s evolution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written German and English skills.
  • Experience in telesales or inside sales, ideally within financial services or a tech-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work towards revenue and conversion targets.
  • Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience using Kustomer (or a similar CRM tool).
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
  • Ability to interpret data trends and behavioral signals.
  • A collaborative mindset.
  • Some knowledge of buyer psychology and sales techniques.
  • Exposure to fast-scaling teams or projects.
