Job Description
Tide is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Senior CRM Marketing Associate to help expand rapidly growing product areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding, driving, and optimizing a multi-channel communications strategy through personalization and automation. They will help deliver and develop the existing Credit engagement marketing CRM program for European markets, with a strong focus on driving metrics through automation and personalization.
The Senior CRM Marketing Associate will work closely with product, content, BI, and other marketing team members. They will have autonomy to develop and implement a test and learn plan, A/B tests, and optimization strategies. The role involves working in a multinational team of passionate CRMers, Product marketers, and Product Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Building and optimising key cross-sell campaigns and customer journeys across marketing.
- Developing and delivering a CRM test-and-learn pipeline across multiple channels.
- Analysing campaigns and reporting out to stakeholders on trends and recommendations.
- Using data to define, build, and maintain segments and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborating with the Engagement Marketing team and other cross-business stakeholders.
- Continuously looking for optimisations and new ideas to develop engagement marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of expertise in end-to-end CRM/retention marketing management.
- Experience developing and delivering CRM programs with proven results.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot, Braze) and understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience handling campaign data from different sources using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Experience in segmentation and targeting.
- A/B and MVT testing experience.
- Solid communication and reporting skills.
- Good Excel skills and experience with business reporting tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Hands-on, delivery-oriented, and results-driven.
