Tide is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to enhance member engagement and retention. This role involves defining and executing reactivation and retention programs, ensuring members remain satisfied with the platform. The Senior CRM Manager will lead campaign strategy, working with a team to deliver automation and personalization across multiple marketing channels. This role is for a 12 month fixed term employment (maternity cover).
Responsibilities:
Setting the reactivation and retention campaign strategy.
Supporting the team with building, executing and optimising campaign workflows.
Defining a full testing and personalisation reactivation and retention roadmap.
Enabling the team by setting clear direction and clearing any roadblocks.
Providing coaching and direction, and taking pride in supporting the team in their development.
Monitoring, reporting and presenting on Tide retention KPIs and campaign performance.
Supporting finance forecasting across Tide’s strategic modes of discovery.
Managing stakeholder relationships and supporting strategic thinking across various marketing and operational teams.
Requirements:
7+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a scale-up environment.
Demonstrable experience with CRM, preferably in subscription or app-based business models.
Experience in coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Proven track record of using targeting, automation, and personalization across multiple marketing channels.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to monitor and report on product performance against KPIs.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on speed and efficiency.
Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with Iterable Marketing platform and Looker reporting suite is beneficial.
