Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

Tide, a leading business financial platform, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of its business accounts and payment solutions in Germany. In this role, the individual will lead product growth initiatives, leveraging analytics, customer insights, and market trends to position Tide as a leading financial partner for small businesses in Germany. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will have end-to-end accountability for German revenues, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director, their expertise in the German market, customer behavior, and regulatory landscape will be instrumental in shaping Tide’s offering and driving strategic growth.Role involves:

• Driving revenue growth across product lines in Germany.
• Conducting local market research to uncover customer needs and identify market opportunities.
• Collaborating with global product managers to design and launch products tailored to the German market.
• Developing and refining marketing and sales strategies for the German market.
• Producing high-quality marketing and customer-facing materials compliant with German regulations.
• Partnering with the Operations team to ensure seamless product launches.
• Acting as the central point of contact between global and local teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years' relevant product marketing experience in SME, SaaS, or fintech industries.
• Experience with banking or payment solutions for SMEs is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills and ability to foster collaboration.
• Proficiency in product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working across multiple markets with an understanding of localization requirements.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving company with evolving priorities.
• Self-starter who works backwards from targets to ensure effective execution.
