Job Description
Tide is seeking a Training Specialist to join their Member Operations team, focusing on the French market. The Training Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new hires and upskilling existing employees. This role involves collaborating with various Member Operations teams to identify training needs and deliver high-quality training through the LMS platform and in-person sessions across Tide's operational sites.
The Training Specialist will be the primary trainer for the French market, managing training both virtually and in person. They will create engaging training materials, monitor key data metrics, and assess training effectiveness.
Role Involves:
- Conducting 3-week onboarding programs for new hires in Member Operations (KYX, MS, Complaints, Collections).
- Collaborating with managers to determine training needs and schedule upskilling sessions.
- Creating high-quality, engaging training materials using various tools and gamification techniques.
- Monitoring key data metrics and presenting them to the team leader.
- Assessing training effectiveness and ensuring the incorporation of taught skills into employee behavior.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written French and English skills.
- Experience training in a banking/fintech environment or relevant KYC, Financial Crime, Compliance, and Transaction monitoring experience.
- Experience training member-facing teams.
- Experience in writing and conducting training both virtually and face to face.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and constantly improve.
- Experience with extensive stakeholder management.
- Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Self-starter comfortable managing their workload.
- Ability to use industry tools like GSuite, MS Office, Articulate360, Video AI, and design tools.
