Job Description
ConnectWise, a global software company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing development of their Salesforce deployment. This role involves partnering with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will also be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to the Business Applications team.
  • Handling basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance and report creation.
  • Managing Salesforce data feeds and integrations.
  • Coordinating the evaluation and completion of new development requests.
  • Assisting in the training of new users.
  • Acting as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM201 and ADM211).
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ is preferred.
