ConnectWise is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team in London. This role is responsible for aligning the organization’s people strategy with its business goals by guiding professionals and management through employee relations, employment law, company policies, and performance management.
Responsibilities: - Providing support to cross-functional teams with attention to detail.
- Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings.
- Maintaining HRIS records and compiling reports.
- Managing employee recognition and wellness programs.
- Recommending improvements to departmental efficiency.
- Administering human resource plans and procedures.
- Assisting in policy development and implementation.
- Maintaining employee handbook and compliance with legal requirements.
- Handling counseling, terminations, and exit interviews.
- Participating in special projects and delivering management trainings.
- Assisting with recruiting and payroll as needed.
Requirements: - Experience in employee relations, employment law, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and report compilation.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
