Job Description
ConnectWise is seeking a Security Platform Specialist to provide initial support and manage the ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of support requests. The Security Platform Specialist will work with cross-functional teams to support partners using ConnectWise security platforms. This role requires a high attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues within the ConnectWise security platforms and supported third-party integrations. ConnectWise is an industry and Global leading software company.
- Providing support to cross-functional teams
- Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings
- Monitoring and managing inbound support requests
- Troubleshooting issues within the ConnectWise security platforms
- Assisting with building reports, rules/event notifications
- Ability to work independently
- Practical knowledge of the work area
- Adaptability to new technology/processes
- Strong customer service, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of MDR and SIEM solutions
- Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and frameworks (CIS, NIST CSF)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant experience
