Job Description
ConnectWise is seeking a Security Platform Specialist to provide initial support and manage the ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of support requests. The Security Platform Specialist will work with cross-functional teams to support partners using ConnectWise security platforms. This role requires a high attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues within the ConnectWise security platforms and supported third-party integrations. ConnectWise is an industry and Global leading software company.
  • Providing support to cross-functional teams
  • Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings
  • Monitoring and managing inbound support requests
  • Troubleshooting issues within the ConnectWise security platforms
  • Assisting with building reports, rules/event notifications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Practical knowledge of the work area
  • Adaptability to new technology/processes
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MDR and SIEM solutions
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and frameworks (CIS, NIST CSF)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience
