Job Description

ConnectWise, a leading software company, is seeking a Quote Desk Specialist to support its Sales team in Pasig, Manila. The Quote Desk Specialist will be responsible for drafting quotes on behalf of the Sales team, working in partnership with pre-sales and post-sales teams to generate appropriate documentation. • Providing support to the Sales team with high attention to detail.
• Creating and drafting quotes for CMS & CW products, some Distributor Partners & One-Time Revenue.
• Managing and dispatching different boards including Quote Desk, Downgrades & Cancellations, and Renewals Board.
• Processing Renewal quotes, downgrades, and special projects.
• Enabling various groups within the Sales organization through processes education.
• Training other members of the Sales Teams on quoting.
• Providing monthly and/or weekly forecasts to various Sales groups.
• Coordinating approvals from Senior Leadership and other Executives as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with limited supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet strict deadlines, and perform multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal colleagues.
• Proactive in anticipating the needs of the Sales Teams & SLT.
• Quoting experience in IT-related industry preferred.
