ConnectWise is seeking a Manager of Sales Development to lead a team of professionals focused on achieving sales targets and operational excellence. The Manager will support the Sales team's growth by attracting new partners. This role involves supervising a team of approximately 10 colleagues across multiple regions, ensuring adherence to policies, and prioritizing daily activities.
- Setting goals and objectives for team members.
- Managing, mentoring, and coaching team members.
- Coordinating cross-functional communication.
- Creating and maintaining sales management tools and processes.
- Developing reporting for executive leadership.
Requirements for this position include:
- Exceptional leadership and sales experience.
- Proven ability to develop SDRs to AEs.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
