Job Description
Alma is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive company growth in Italy. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence. The Account Executive will be based in either Milan or Paris, with regular travel between the two cities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify growth areas and trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Analyze competitors and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Attend industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare reports on sales and market performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in Europe, particularly in Italy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
