Job Description
Activesoft is seeking a Business Analyst II (Growth) to join their team. This role involves managing and optimizing referral programs, defining strategic campaigns, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution. The Business Analyst will also work on cross-sell initiatives between group brands, creating communication campaigns and documenting processes. They will report KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of strategies.
- Managing and optimizing referral programs
- Defining strategic campaigns
- Collecting feedback from program participants
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Creating and documenting cadences and workflows
- Collaborating with the marketing team on omnichannel campaigns
- Reporting KPIs to leadership
Requirements:

- Experience with CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.) and funnel management
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and campaigns

- Knowledge of business indicators (CAC, LTV, etc.)
