Job Description

The Customer Success Consultant II role at isaac involves being the primary point of contact for partner schools, ensuring an exceptional experience with isaac's financial solutions platform. This role requires strong teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The consultant will transform relationships into data using the CRM, communicate client feedback to internal teams, and occasionally travel for client visits. They will also develop retention plans and negotiate renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells.isaac is the largest financial solutions platform for schools in Brazil, providing guaranteed revenue and flexible payment options. • Serve as the main contact for partner schools.
• Ensure a delightful experience for schools using isaac.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
• Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Convert relationships into data via CRM.
• Communicate client feedback to internal teams.
• Undertake occasional travel for client visits.
• Develop retention action plans.
• Conduct renewal, cross-sell, and up-sell negotiations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills with transparency and integrity.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• High prioritization skills based on data.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Experience using BI tools for decision-making.
