Senior Product Manager (Data Collector)

Job Description

Prolific is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Product, Research, and Design Group. This role is focused on shaping the data collector experience and impacting how major technology companies build AI systems. The Senior Product Manager will report to the Product Lead for the Data Collector Product Group and work cross-functionally with a stream-aligned team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building AI systems or assisting others in doing so, with the ability to simplify complex business systems and prioritize effectively.Responsibilities include product managing a stream-aligned team and being accountable for its outcomes. The role requires demonstrating reliability, grit, diplomacy, a bias for action, and a focus on value, aligning with Prolific's principles.

• Solve customer problems and create new opportunities for users.
• Raise the bar of our product by making bets and building products that customers love.
• Partner productively with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering.

• Extensive experience working in technology teams with engineers and designers.
• Understanding of the different needs businesses and enterprises have (B2B) vs individual consumers (B2C).
• Competence in Product tools, models, and methodologies, Agile frameworks, Continuous Discovery, CI/CD, JTBD frameworks.
• Strong data literacy and data-driven decision-making.
• A storyteller's flair, a model teamplayer, belief in 'strong opinions weakly held', personal accountability, and a relentless can-do attitude.
